Pay attention to the following questions before ironing shirts:
1. Keep a certain humidity before ironing shirts. The required moisture retention of the shirt depends on the type of shirt washed and the vacuum or clamping device you choose. If the shirt is blended with polyester and cotton, the moisture content should be kept at 50%. If it is 100% cotton, the water retention rate will be lower than 50%. Otherwise, it will take a long time to iron with a pliers machine.
2. Ironing should be done from top to bottom. Collar: hot from the outer ends of both sides to the middle; Sleeves: ironing from the bottom of sleeves to shoulders; Body: iron the front first, then the back.
Step 1: iron the collar first. Straighten the collar with the inside facing outwards, hold the collar end in one hand and the iron in the other, and iron it out from the bottom of the collar to the upper end. When ironing, gently press and move the front of the iron. After ironing, change your face before ironing.
Step two: deal with the shoulder. Stand up the collar first, then flatten the shoulder of the shirt to the back collar shoulder (that is, the transverse seam of the back) and press it out from the bottom of the collar with an iron. Don't press the iron too hard and move it.
Step 3: iron the front. Both inside and outside need a perm. On the buttonhole side, iron the front part from top to bottom, then pick up the iron and iron it again from the sleeve to the buttonhole direction, and finally turn it over and iron it again. Remember to straighten clothes with one hand and iron them with the other to achieve fast and good results.
Step 4: Avoid the button. The buckle part fluctuates greatly. When ironing, the tail of the iron should be raised, and the tip of the iron should be pressed gently to avoid the button. After all, going back to the first button and ironing it carefully can increase the effect of key decoration.
Step 5: The last sleeve. First align the seams of the sleeves in pairs, and then iron the cuffs with the first half of the iron. Because most of the current positions will be lined with two layers of cloth, we can increase the intensity slightly. Then arrange the hem of the sleeve with iron tip, and finally iron the whole sleeve.
