Vocational qualification of planning and research institute of Ministry of Communications

The Planning and Research Institute of the Ministry of Communications has Grade A engineering consulting qualification certificate for highway, port river and sea engineering, communication and information specialty, Grade A engineering design certificate for water transport industry, electronic communication, radio and television industry and highway industry, and Grade C engineering consulting unit qualification certificate for ecological construction and environmental engineering specialty. It has the qualification of planning environmental impact assessment recognized by the State Environmental Protection Administration. It is one of the 35 evaluation and consulting units entrusted by the National Development and Reform Commission to evaluate and consult national key construction projects, and a member of the International Association of Consulting Engineers.
