Measures for the administration of expert consulting fees for scientific research projects of the central government
Article 4 Experts in these Measures refer to other professionals who are proficient in a certain field of business, or have original opinions on a certain aspect of related scientific and technological business, and have obtained senior titles or are recognized by the undertaking units of scientific research projects (topics).
Article 5 Units shall formulate unified, reasonable and standardized methods for selecting consulting experts in light of actual conditions, and make them public within the units. Conditional units shall establish a multi-field and multi-disciplinary consulting expert database.
