3. Transfer and exchange
That is, submit an application for the transfer or exchange of land contractual management rights. The original contractor needs to go through other procedures such as the change, cancellation and renewal of the land contract and the land contractual management right certificate.
Step 4 recycle

How many acres of land should be contracted to subsidize?
As we all know, the dividend that rural land can enjoy today is very large, so is the subsidy for contracted land? According to the relevant provisions of the rural land contract law, there is no subsidy for contracting rural land at present, but you can enjoy the benefits obtained in the process of contracting operation and the rights and interests of land contractual management. If it is requisitioned or expropriated, it can also obtain corresponding compensation according to law.
Although there is no subsidy for contracted land, there is subsidy for farming. According to the relevant provisions of the Trial Opinions on Promoting the Transfer of Rural Land Contracted Management Right, in principle, contracted farmland is required to be used for agricultural production and planting, and the scale reaches: one-year planting area 100 mu, one-year planting area and above 50 mu, protective agricultural facilities 25 mu, and others such as animal husbandry, forestry and fishery are in accordance with their respective industry standards. As long as they meet the requirements, they can enjoy corresponding subsidies, including comprehensive subsidies for agricultural materials, subsidies for improved varieties and so on.
