Strengthening the management and application of informatization construction has significantly improved the level of informatization.
In accordance with the principle of "government-led, market operation, overall planning, resource integration and application first", our bureau continued to do a good job in informatization construction, management and application, and the informatization level of the county was significantly improved.
(A) the government information construction has been significantly strengthened. We mainly did eight things:
First, do a good job in the construction of two key projects: the e-government system and the forum of "Huimin Online Network Asking for Politics". After more than half a year's preparation, the e-government system was completed and put into use in mid-June. Since then, the office automation level of our county organs will be significantly improved. Take the lead in opening a forum of "Huimin online network politics" in all counties and districts of the city. The second is to do a good job in the application of three government service platforms: electronic official document system, electronic supervision system for administrative examination and approval and "government news" platform. With the increase of workload and the acceleration of the standardization of government work, all levels and departments in our county pay more and more attention to using various government information platforms to improve work efficiency and save administrative costs, and the application rate of government information platforms has greatly increased. Third, five government documents or government operation notices were issued on building a public information service platform, standardizing the construction and management of e-government projects, carrying out security inspection of government information systems, establishing a system of active disclosure of government information, and strengthening website construction management to promote government information disclosure. It has laid a good foundation for integrating government information resources, standardizing the construction and management of e-government projects, improving the security capability of government information systems and promoting the disclosure of government information. Fourth, give full play to the role of counties and increase the online publicity of five special topics.
Invest a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources to refine and optimize the internal functions of the county, and further improve the columns with people's livelihood characteristics such as "online 100 practical things", "online letters and visits" and "Huimin online". At the same time, the government website was used to open five columns, such as "Special Issue on Learning and Practice Activities", "Special Issue on Implementing the Outline", "Civilization Accompany Our Travel", "I Build a Word for the Scientific Development of Huidong", "Eight Scenery in Goose City" and "Ten Famous Places in Huizhou", which intensified the online publicity and summarized the work summary of the technical department. Fifth, actively cooperate with towns and units to strengthen the management of website construction, and assist the county supervision bureau to do a good job in the acceptance of the first phase of the administrative examination and approval electronic monitoring system. Sixth, actively cooperate with the relevant departments of the county to organize the special safety inspection of Huimin Information Station in E City and the safety inspection of government information system in the middle and late June. The computer room of the information center located in our bureau is equipped with uninterruptible power supply, fire protection, lightning protection, air conditioning, lighting and other equipment according to the standard, and also hosts electronic documents, e-government, electronic monitoring, Huimin online, mountain information network and other 16 servers, 3 firewalls and 52 sets of antivirus software. In order to ensure the safe operation of these equipment, our bureau arranges special personnel to strengthen daily monitoring and maintenance, so as to find faults and investigate them at any time. Eighth, do a good job in government information training. In the first half of the year, our bureau held four informatization training courses in our informatization training center, with more than 200 trainees. Through training, students' practical operation level of various information platforms has been further improved, which has promoted the application of informatization.
(2) Significant progress has been made in rural informatization construction. In order to consolidate the achievements in the construction of pilot counties in mountainous areas of the province, our bureau adheres to the working idea of promoting development by application, and continuously promotes the construction of rural informatization, which promotes the application of informatization in rural grass-roots affairs management, agricultural technology popularization, agricultural product sales, agricultural investment attraction and farmers' production and life. I have mainly done six tasks: First, I actively applied to the province for the "information agriculture" (Phase II) project. A few days ago, the project has passed the expert evaluation of the Provincial Information Industry Department, and the provincial special support funds can be allocated in the near future. After the project is completed, it will provide professional technical services for the characteristic agricultural products in our county. The second is to actively carry out information-based town (village) creation activities. In order to improve the informatization level of townships (villages) in the county and let advanced information technology benefit the vast number of rural areas and farmers, in early April, our bureau issued the Notice on Developing the Establishment of Informatized Towns (Villages) to all townships, and put forward the objectives and tasks of the establishment work. At the same time, submit the application materials to the Municipal Information Industry Bureau in time, and strive for the city to give material rewards to the towns (villages) that meet the acceptance standards of our county. Third, actively participate in the development and construction of township financial management informatization. In order to realize the financial networking of counties, towns and villages as soon as possible, from the end of March, our bureau, in accordance with the requirements of the county commission for discipline inspection, will actively carry out various preparatory work with the county financial department. At present, the platform is about to be completed and used. Fourth, actively cooperate with telecom and mobile operators to build rural informatization.
In early February, our bureau reached an understanding with telecom and mobile companies to cooperate in building rural informatization this year, and in mid-February, we jointly held a launching ceremony with telecom companies to promote industrial informatization and build a harmonious new countryside-"Love Agriculture" gift 189 mobile phone to boost agricultural informatization. At present, we have begun to cooperate with mobile companies to carry out the second and third stages of rural youth information ability training. Fifth, give full play to the information service system at the county, town and village levels and the modern distance education system for cadres in rural party member.
In order to make good use of county information service center, information training center, 14 town-level information service station, 43 village-level information service points and 284 village-level modern distance education points, our bureau actively cooperates with relevant county departments to do a good job in management, strengthen application, and better serve the grassroots and "agriculture, countryside and farmers". Sixth, increase the popularization and application of public technical service platforms such as Nongxintong, Agricultural Video-on-Demand System, Jiuhua Agricultural Trade, Sijixian, and rural power grid, Shanwang and strawberry net.
