Public service outlets of intellectual property information can be registered as national public service outlets of intellectual property information in China National Intellectual Property Administration, or recognized as provincial public service outlets of intellectual property information by provincial intellectual property offices.
Article 4
China National Intellectual Property Administration Public Service Department is responsible for filing the national public service outlets of intellectual property information, establishing cooperation linkage mechanism with the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Culture and Tourism, China Academy of Sciences, National Defense Intellectual Property Office and other relevant departments and provincial intellectual property management departments to promote the construction of national public service outlets of intellectual property information.
The provincial intellectual property offices are responsible for the identification and management of provincial-level intellectual property information public service outlets within their respective jurisdictions, and recommend qualified service agencies to China National Intellectual Property Administration for filing national intellectual property information public service outlets.
