The work content and responsibilities of curriculum consultants
1. Communicate with parents by telephone and face to face, tap their actual needs and help them understand the company's services; 2. Evaluate students and make feasible learning and progress plans; 3. Assist the supervisor to ensure the completion of planned sales and ensure the profit rate; 4. Pay a return visit to old customers and give feedback; 5. Develop new markets and increase new customers under the guidance of the supervisor. Responsibilities of Course Consultant 2: 1. Responsible for the promotion of courses and the development and maintenance of customers. 2. Inviting customers by telephone, receiving consultation at home, facilitating the signing of bills, and completing monthly sales tasks. 3. Record the consultation registration form, visit customers regularly, collect customer demand information and consumption habits, analyze customer demand and feedback, and constantly reflect on work. 4. Actively participate in various trainings and studies organized by departments and companies, and constantly enrich personal self-restraint and sales communication skills. 5. Assist in establishing and maintaining customer service management system and college management system. 6. Assist in the daily affairs of teaching and other departments and complete the activities organized by the teaching center.
