Those who have already held a motor vehicle driver's license and applied for increasing the number of quasi-driving models shall not record full 12 points in this scoring cycle and the latest scoring cycle before application. To apply for increasing the quasi-driving type of medium-sized buses, tractors and large buses, the following provisions shall also be met:
(a) to apply for increasing the quasi-driving type of medium-sized passenger cars, and to obtain the quasi-driving type qualification for driving city buses, large trucks, small cars, small automatic cars, low-speed trucks or three-wheeled cars for more than three years, and not to record full 12 points in the last three consecutive scoring cycles before the application;
