Process and cost of motor vehicle transfer

Motor vehicle transfer procedures and fees are as follows:

Vehicle transfer review: the staff of the vehicle management office will review the identity certificates and vehicle-related materials of both parties to the transaction, and after confirming that they are correct, they will receive an application for motor vehicle transfer registration and affix the seals of both parties;

4. Payment by transfer fees: The transfer fees paid by both parties to the transaction may be different according to different regions and models;

5. Obtain a new vehicle registration certificate: after verification, the vehicle management office will hand over the new vehicle registration certificate to the new owner, and at the same time void the vehicle registration certificate of the original owner.

Motor vehicle transfer materials:

1, motor vehicle driving license: the seller needs to provide the original motor vehicle driving license, and the buyer needs to provide a copy of the motor vehicle driving license;

2. Motor vehicle registration certificate: the seller needs to provide the original motor vehicle registration certificate, and the buyer needs to provide a copy of the motor vehicle registration certificate;

3. Vehicle sales contract: The vehicle sales contract to be signed by the buyer and the seller shall include the basic information, price, transfer date, etc. of the vehicle.

Where the owner of a motor vehicle moves out of the jurisdiction of the motor vehicle management office, the motor vehicle management office in the transfer place shall inspect the motor vehicle within three days from the date of acceptance, endorse the change on the motor vehicle registration certificate, and make and upload the electronic file of the motor vehicle. The owner of a motor vehicle shall apply to the vehicle management office for vehicle transfer within 30 days. If the owner's residence of a minibus or motorcycle moves out of the jurisdiction of the vehicle management office, it shall apply to the vehicle management office for registration of change.

To apply for motor vehicle transfer, the motor vehicle owner shall confirm the application information, submit the identity certificate and motor vehicle registration certificate, and submit the motor vehicle for inspection. If the motor vehicle is transferred beyond the validity period of the inspection, it shall carry out safety technical inspection in accordance with the provisions, and submit the certificate of motor vehicle safety technical inspection and the compulsory insurance certificate for traffic accident liability. The vehicle management office shall inspect the motor vehicle within three days from the date of acceptance, collect and check the rubbing film or electronic data of the motor vehicle identification code, review the relevant certificates, vouchers and electronic files of the motor vehicle, endorse the transfer-in information on the motor vehicle registration certificate, recover the license plate and driving license, determine the new motor vehicle license plate, and issue the license plate, driving license and inspection mark.
