The water tower is higher than the faucet. Why can't water flow?

Your water pipe must go to the ground and rise indoors. In this way, a section of water pipe is lower than the faucet, and the water in this section cannot be discharged. Once the water tower is filled with air, it will be sealed in the pipeline, so that water can't flow out. At that time, the water will flow out again, because the air in the pipeline is exhausted.

If this is the case, there are two solutions. One is to add water frequently to prevent water pipes from entering the air. The other is to add a valve near the ground to discharge the water and air at the bottom of the pipeline after the water tower is filled.

If the valve is installed at a high place to exhaust, it may not work, because the water is pressed from top to bottom, the water in the water tower will come out first, and the gas will be suppressed by the water and cannot be discharged.
