Step 2 Prepare for work
(1) Connect the hot and cold water pipes into a circle with a hose, and the pressure is 0.
(2) Use plugs to close the outlets of the pressure test pipeline except the lowest outlet. It is recommended to use a durable metal plug, such as a copper plug.
Second, the water acceptance process
1, pressure test
(1) Open the water inlet valve and slowly inject water from the lowest outlet of the pipeline. After all the gas in the pipeline is discharged, tighten the switch of the pressure test pump.
(2) Close the main water inlet valve and slowly increase the pipeline pressure. When the pressure increases to the specified test pressure, observe whether the joint and plug are leaking.
(3) Welded pipes such as PPR, aluminum-plastic PPR and steel-plastic PPR shall be kept for more than 30 minutes, and non-welded pipes such as aluminum-plastic pipes and galvanized pipes shall be kept for 4 hours. At the end of the test time, the pressure drop is less than 0.05MPa.
2, water pressure release
After confirming that the pressure test is qualified, connect the pipe end to the water distribution parts, supply water at working pressure, open the water distribution parts in batches, and check whether the water outlet is unblocked.
Third, the power-on acceptance process
1, check
Check whether the intercom and emergency call buttons of the house are normal, whether the doorbell of the house is normal, the safety of the safety socket, and the number and safety of the broadband sockets of the TV, including the bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom.
2, the safety of the electrical circuit switch box
Electrical wiring is safe and convenient. According to the regulations, the cycle times of each house should not be less than 5 times. The switch in the switch box is installed firmly, and it can be checked for looseness. Each branch switch in the switch box shall be clearly marked. If there is no or unclear, correct it immediately when decorating.
3, electric pen test socket panel
Use an electric pen to test whether there is any problem with the socket panel, all switches, sockets and main electric valves in the house. Pull down the socket switch in the main switch box and the indicator light will go out. Frequent tests prove that the switch and wiring are good and the socket is safe.
4, pull the valve power test
When switches and meters are outdoors, check whether they can control indoor lamps and sockets. The method is whether the indoor power supply is completely cut off after the switch is turned on; If there are switches in the room, you should also check whether each switch completely controls each branch line.
5. See if the electricity meter is electrified.
At present, most of the meters are 10(40)A single-phase meters. Are they running normally? Either it's fast or it's slow. The number of meters used for copying, because during the construction process, workers may use your energy, and the money should not be paid by the owner.
Matters needing attention in hydropower acceptance
1, circuit
The slotting depth of the circuit on the wall should be 1.5 times the pipe diameter, and the pipe should be fixed at the corner with a pipe bender with a length of 200mm. There should be a lock nut at the joint between the catheter and the catheter, and the joint should be glued firmly.
2. Wire box
The box spacing of the same circuit, whether strong or weak, is 5cm, and the box spacing of strong or weak electricity is150-200 mm.
3. Floor heating wiring
On the ground with floor heating, it is not allowed to install the circuit again by slotting, otherwise it will destroy the floor heating structure and lead to poor heating.
4. Ground heating inspection
During the hydropower transformation, the construction personnel should carry out the construction with the pressure of 6pa, and check whether the floor heating is damaged at any time. If you want to change the floor heating structure, you should consult professionals in advance and then decide on the construction plan.
5, toilet water and electricity transformation
There are many water pipes in the bathroom, and the standard of each water pipe is different.
(1) Water heater pipeline: distance from the ground 1.8m, distance between hot and cold pipes 10cm.
(2) Shower room water pipe: From the ground, the outlet should be at least 1.2m, and the distance from the wall should be1mm. The upward water pipe connecting the outlet can only be fixed at the distance of1m..
(3) Wash basin water pipes: the height of water pipes from the ground is 500mm, and the spacing between different water pipes is 10cm.
(4) Connect the toilet water pipes: the distance between the middle water pipe and the tap water pipe is 10 cm.

6, water pipe fixation
No matter in the kitchen or bathroom, the distance from the outlet of the water pipe to the wall is 1m, and the upward water pipe connected with the outlet cannot be fixed within1m.
7. Waterproof material
Waterproofing mainly refers to the bathroom. First of all, the ground and wall foundation can't be cracked, hollowed and fallen off. Waterproof materials shall conform to the standards, be firmly adhered to the base, and be evenly painted. The waterproof layer on the ground is 300mm thick, and the thickness extending from the doorway and both sides is 300mm.
