Telephone customer service is 955 19 hotline operator, responsible for answering customers' questions; Counter customer service is the follow-up service for customers' insurance policies, including: payment (renewal), preservation (loan, beneficiary change, policy reinstatement and other businesses, which are the busiest positions) and claim settlement (providing full service for cases reported by customers).
