Gastric biopsy is not necessarily malignant. Inflammation, ulcer and the presence or absence of Helicobacter pylori can be accurately detected by gastroscopy biopsy. Some superficial gastritis will also have gastric gland atrophy, which can be diagnosed by biopsy. It is more appropriate for the doctor to talk to you first. But sometimes you can't talk to you when you see the situation temporarily during the inspection, so just take it.
The position obtained by gastroscopy biopsy is very small and shallow. I don't usually feel anything. If the coagulation mechanism is good, you can stop bleeding immediately, and you won't feel bleeding yourself.
It's good that you can accurately diagnose superficial gastritis. It is most reassuring to have a gastroscope, so don't pursue the doctor's problems.
