(2) Test object and scope

(3) Qualifications and conditions for examination and adjustment

(2) Qualification examination

2. Interview.
The interview is conducted in a structured way (comprehensive answer+professional ability test).
The interview results are calculated according to the percentage system.
Those who apply for written test positions will be confirmed to enter the list of interviewers according to the ratio of 3: 1, and the last one can enter the interview together; If the proportion of written test personnel is less than 3: 1, the interview will be organized according to the actual proportion.
If you apply for other positions, the difference can be interviewed.
If there is no difference, the examination adjustment plan will be reduced or cancelled.
The qualified score for this interview is 70 points.
Those who are lower than the interview qualified score line may not enter the follow-up assessment and adjustment link.

(4) Investigation
Determine the inspectors according to the interview results from high score to low score.
The focus of the inspection is on the political performance, ability and quality, work performance, honest practice and other aspects of the object, and at the same time solicit the opinions of relevant state organs.
The survey mainly adopts the methods of individual conversation, democratic evaluation, soliciting opinions, consulting files and interviewing the respondents.
After the inspection, the inspection team comprehensively inspected the situation and put forward suggestions for use.
If the examination and adjustment leading group thinks that there is no suitable candidate, it can cancel the examination and adjustment plan.
(5) Physical examination
According to the investigation results, the physical examination candidates are determined in equal amounts and the physical examination is organized.
The medical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the relevant medical examination standards of civil servants.
If you can't complete all the medical examination items within the specified time due to your own reasons, you will be deemed to have given up automatically.
If the medical examination fails or I give up, the vacant position will be examined and adjusted by the leading group.
(6) Publicity and mobilization
According to the examination and investigation, the personnel to be transferred are determined and publicized, and the publicity period is 5 working days.
After the expiration of the publicity period, if there are no problems or problems that do not affect the transfer, the transfer procedures shall be handled according to the procedures.
During or after the publicity, the vacancy caused by the applicant's abandonment or other reasons shall be examined and adjusted by the leading group.
After transfer, determine the post level according to the post to be transferred.

(1) Qualification examination runs through the whole process of public examination adjustment.
At any stage, if it is found that the applicant does not meet the registration conditions, his qualification for examination and adjustment will be cancelled, and the consequences will be borne by himself.
