Shantou 12345 Acceptance scope of government service hotline

Legal analysis: 1) consultation on administrative examination and approval, social affairs and service matters; (two) social assistance, social security and other aspects of social assistance; (three) complaints and reports on administrative efficiency, urban management, labor security, consumer rights protection, public transportation, public health, environmental protection and market supervision; (4) Opinions and suggestions on public management, public services and economic and social development.

Legal basis: Shantou Municipal People's Government issued the Administrative Measures for Shantou Municipal Government Service Hotline 12345.

Article 2 The term "hotline 12345" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the working platform established by the Municipal People's Government based on the code 12345 to provide unified services to the society.

Article 6 The following matters fall within the acceptance scope of the hotline 12345: (1) Consultation on administrative examination and approval, social affairs services and other matters; (two) social assistance, social security and other aspects of social assistance; (three) complaints and reports on administrative efficiency, urban management, labor security, consumer rights protection, public transportation, public health, environmental protection and market supervision; (4) Opinions and suggestions on public management, public services and economic and social development.

Article 7 The following matters are not within the scope of acceptance of the hotline 12345: (1) Matters not within the administrative jurisdiction of this Municipality; (2) Matters within the scope of duties of Party committees, people's congresses, CPPCC, courts, procuratorates, mass organizations, news organizations, democratic parties and other units; (three) matters within the scope of duties of the army, armed police and other forces; (4) Matters accepted by service numbers such as110,19, 120 and 122; (five) the people's governments at all levels and the local people's governments at or above the county level to open government information application; (six) matters that have been or should be resolved through legal channels such as litigation, arbitration and administrative reconsideration; (seven) matters that have been accepted through the channels of letters and visits; (eight) in violation of public interests, social morality and laws and regulations; (nine) matters that harm the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, legal persons and other organizations; (ten) other matters beyond the administrative authority of the government.
