2. Telephone enquiry (paid)
Make a voice call and make a payment inquiry. Each institution has its own enquiry telephone number. Candidates can enter the last six digits of the candidate's number and ID number (excluding letters) or the officer's ID number for inquiry. The specific telephone information depends on the situation in each region.
