This customer's delivery time is very scattered, and it will be delivered almost every week. I travel between factories, freight forwarders and stations every Thursday for customs declaration, which is also the busiest time for me and the time for me to learn the most. I remember that one week we sent two large containers of goods. These clothes are not the same style. There are babies, children and women. Customs has different regulatory requirements for different types of clothes, so these clothes have to apply for seven export licenses. Every Thursday morning is the customs declaration time. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the goods, I made all the boxes, invoices and contracts needed for customs declaration on Wednesday morning, and also informed the customs broker to come and get the documents. I thought the customs declaration would be smooth this time. But it wasn't long before the customs broker received the document and called me to tell me that the customs declaration form can only contain one permit. I have no choice but to make seven copies of the document in a hurry. But as soon as I sent the revised documents to the customs broker, he called me and told me that the price on the license was the lowest price, and the price on the invoice and contract must be lower than that on the license. I was a little panicked. The forwarder asked us to declare to the customs on Thursday, otherwise we would be dumped. I can't help it I am in a hurry to adjust the price. Fortunately, there was no mistake this time. This Thursday is the most stressful one in my internship. But I also learned a lot from it, and learned a lot of knowledge. First of all, a customs declaration can only contain one export license. In this serious situation, it is impossible for the factory to make any further modifications. It depends on our understanding of the production and quality of clothing and our ability to make decisions on the spot, so that such goods will not be claimed after export. After traveling on business, I dare not hold the mentality of going out to play again, and the guests will look carefully when inspecting the goods. See how the guests inspect the goods, mainly check which aspects of the clothes, and keep them in mind carefully. However, due to the urgency of this shipment, it is only one day after our inspection, and the handwriting of the disappearing pen will naturally not disappear. At that time, the inspector asked me how the handwriting of the disappeared pen was there. I have never heard of the disappearing pen. I can't answer this question. I have to throw away those clothes whose handwriting has disappeared. I went back to the company and asked the master to know that the disappearing handwriting would disappear automatically after 7 days. If I had understood this problem earlier, this kind of problem would not have appeared. In order to prevent this kind of problem from happening in the future, I am also accumulating knowledge about clothing.
