1. Check the warranty information on the label at the bottom of the machine, such as warranty, 24M or 12M and the date of purchase.
2. If there is no invoice, the warranty period can be calculated according to the date of manufacture or shipment of the machine.
3. Call customer service according to the serial number. Find the serial number of your laptop, which can be found on the warranty card or at the bottom of the machine.
