He graduated from the Music Department of Liaoning Education College and the Graduate Class of Composition Department of Central Conservatory of Music. He is currently an associate professor of composition at Shenyang Conservatory of Music, a tutor for master students, and the director of the art song creation studio at Shenyang Conservatory of Music (South Campus). He once taught in the Music Education Department and Composition Department of Shenyang Conservatory of Music. Department of Music, Dalian Art College, served as the director and professor of music department, and established and conducted the college symphony orchestra; Permanent conductor and music director of Dalian Philharmonic Orchestra.
