How to see the lighting of the house?

Daylighting

Lighting can be divided into direct lighting and indirect lighting.

Direct lighting refers to directly opening the lighting window, and lighting is only a part of the lighting source;

Indirect lighting refers to the closed corridor (outside the room), the hall and kitchen with direct lighting. Some kitchens, halls and bathrooms use small patios for lighting, and the lighting effect is like indirect lighting.

What do you think of the lighting in the house?

Look at the distance between buildings

The distance between buildings has a great influence on the lighting of houses. When choosing a house, buyers must pay attention to when the sun can shine into the room in the morning (no later than eleven o'clock) and when the direct sunlight ends in the afternoon. For projects that have not checked in, you can stand outside and observe whether the distance between the two floors is reasonable (usually the distance between buildings is greater than 1.2 times the height of the film and television building). If the distance is too small, it will affect the lighting.

Second, look at the direction of the house.

South > East > West > North. It should be noted that the living room must face south and the master bedroom should also face south. The living room is a place for residents' activities, with the longest stay; The master bedroom is a rest space and needs plenty of sunshine to ensure health. So the living room and master bedroom facing south are necessary.

If there is no house facing south, the southeast direction is preferred, followed by the southwest direction.

Third look: height

Height refers to which floor the building should be located. Under normal circumstances, small high-rise buildings buy houses with more than three floors, and high-rise buildings buy houses with more than six floors (depending on the actual height of the tower and the distance between buildings).

Four aspects: breadth and depth.

The width here refers to the width of the south facade of the property you purchased, and the depth refers to the depth of the house. The greater the width, the smaller the depth, and the better the lighting; But a house with a small width and a large depth will not be ideal for lighting.

When is the best day to see the house?

1, orientation, building spacing and height directly determine the lighting situation of the house, and buyers can intuitively feel its details. It is generally best to sit in a house facing south, but the orientation of many buildings is not straight; Many houses on the middle floor sometimes can't see the lighting because they are blocked by the buildings in front. Therefore, it is necessary to look at the house many times and look at the house in different periods.

2. Check the room at least once in the morning. Morning is the weakest time of the day. At this time, if there is no problem with the lighting of the room, then you can basically rest assured in terms of lighting.

3, winter is also more suitable for looking at houses, which is related to the geographical knowledge we have learned. Around the winter solstice, the days are short and the nights are long, and the sunshine angle is the most oblique, which is easy to block the light. Looking at the house at this time, you can see the lighting situation of the house.
