Supermarket information officer plays an important role in dealing with commodity information, maintaining order in the store and providing customer service. Skillfully use computer office software and supermarket information management system to ensure the accuracy of commodity information, including the entry and verification of commodity information, the generation and printing of bar codes, and the entry of commodity warehousing, allocation, price adjustment and loss reporting information.

The supermarket information officer is also responsible for regularly counting goods, sorting out profit and loss analysis reports and adjusting inventory. The supermarket information officer also needs to assist the cashier in checkout and packaging, provide customer consultation and product recommendation, maintain the cleanliness and order of the store, and ensure that customers have a satisfactory shopping experience.
