2. Office layout "spaghetti map": draw the route of employee movement and identify invalid movements.

4. Logistics evaluation: Understand the traffic congestion of materials and manpower in the factory under different customer needs.
5. Production preparation process (3P): Re-evaluate the existing production equipment or design a new production line according to the principle of lean process.
The layout of the new factory should reduce or eliminate the heavy handling time of products and materials.
