As a big year for Ford SUV products, in 2020, the iteration process of its new products in the whole China market is very fast. Changan Ford's SUV family embodies the concept of "more Ford, more China" and is deeply favored by users.

Automobile sankei:: Would you please introduce Changan Ford's heavy products at this Beijing Auto Show?

Wang Jinhai: This year is the big year for Changan Ford SUV. Changan Ford brought the SUV family including new explorers to the auto show. In addition, the classic product Fox is also on our booth. Welcome netizens to experience our products at W2 Changan Ford booth.

Automobile production and sales: In the post-epidemic era, the sales volume of Changan Ford has been rising since April. Let's evaluate the sales performance this year.

Wang Jinhai: Changan Ford 1 Since August, it can be said that there have been some small achievements. In terms of sales volume, Changan Ford's new product blessing this year, Sharp Smart Edition listed in April and new explorers listed in June brought particularly high attention to Changan Ford, which also improved the overall sales volume. However, I think it is more noteworthy that some achievements still lie in these aspects.

First, Changan Ford users' satisfaction with Changan Ford products is on the rise. From a series of recent surveys, it is found that customers' satisfaction with products, both product quality and driving experience, has been greatly improved.

Second, the entire Changan Ford dealer system has become more and more stable and healthy this year.

So apart from sales, the two concerns I just mentioned should be the small achievements made by Changan Ford this year. For the second half of the year or in the future, Changan Ford will still insist on putting the customer experience first. Whether in product launch or service experience, customers should better feel the intimate car experience provided by Changan Ford. Because only by paying more attention to customers will there be a better future. Of course, we will also maintain good relations with our dealer partners and define our strategic positioning with our dealers, so that we will be more capable of providing better services to our customers, so I also believe that more consumers will recognize Changan Ford in the future.

Automobile sankei: Many car companies are discussing the topic of user experience. What are the characteristics and understanding of Changan Ford's emphasis on user experience?

Wang Jinhai: With the development of the whole automobile market in China, more and more automobile companies pay more attention to the user experience. From my personal understanding of users and services, I think there is only one word to attach importance to users, which is "truth". Changan Ford, as a "kind" car company, has been carrying out a series of work based on its love for users. I think that in this process, as long as we take the customer's business as our own business, there is nothing wrong with it; If you repair a customer's car into your own, there will be no car that can't be repaired. Only the word "true" can make customers feel that our service is sincere and can satisfy customers. There are not many shortcuts to this. Therefore, providing services, whether it is providing product technology or service experience, should be done step by step and in a down-to-earth manner.

Automobile sankei: Just now you mentioned that this year is the year of Changan Ford SUV. What do you think is the core advantage of Changan Ford's SUV products in the industry this year?

Wang Jinhai: Speaking of the core advantages of Changan Ford SUV family, the first one is that Changan Ford has completed the product layout of the entire SUV family. 20/kloc-listed in the sharp world at the end of 0/9, and listed explorers in June this year. Coupled with the sharp world, from medium-sized to medium-sized to large SUVs, the three cars form an "iron triangle" layout to meet the needs of consumers in different scenarios.

The second advantage is "more Ford". As we all know, as the originator of SUV field, Ford brand has been deeply cultivated in SUV field for more than half a century. Changan Ford's SUV products inherit the Ford SUV gene, meet the needs of our consumers in China, and reflect the "more Ford" point. In addition, the successive listing of Sharp International and Explorers also reflects the "more China". Both Sharp and Explorers have incorporated more elements that China people like from the design, which shows that Changan Ford's product design is more inclined to China. In the whole China market, Changan Ford's new product iteration process is very fast, so Changan Ford's SUV family embodies the concept of "more Ford, more China".

The third advantage lies in the product itself, that is to say, what are the advantages of Changan Ford SUV family? I think it can be summarized in four aspects.

1, hard core power

Changan Ford Sharp and Explorer's engines are 2.0T and 2.3T respectively, both of which are "Ward's Top Ten Engines", which will provide more power and torque and faster response speed under the same displacement. The 2.0T engine provides 248 horsepower and the 2.3T engine provides 276 horsepower.

2. Core control

Take the seeker for example. Explorer is a medium and large SUV. The whole body length is more than 5 meters, the wheelbase is more than 3 meters, and the width of the car is more than 2 meters. However, the turning radius is only 5.9 meters. Such a large car can achieve such a small turning radius, which is related to the whole body structure and driving mode. Explorers are based in Chang 'an.
