Article 2 The enrollment work of Henan Police College follows the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission".

Chapter III Organizational Structure

Chapter IV Enrollment Plan and Enrollment Objectives
Twelfth according to the school development planning, school conditions, students, talent demand, employment, discipline development and other factors, the development of school professional planning, and announced to the public.
Thirteenth according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education enrollment plan preparation and management, the school will reserve a small number of plans (not more than 1% of the total number of undergraduate enrollment plans).

Chapter V Enrollment Conditions
Sixteenth candidates who apply for the public security major of Henan Police College must participate in the political investigation, interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment organized by the public security colleges in the whole province. Candidates who have passed the political examination interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment, and whose grades are on the line, will be admitted according to a certain proportion from high to low according to their cultural achievements, and the school will select the best candidates according to the admission rules in the enrollment regulations reviewed and filed by the education authorities.
Article 17 Political investigation. Article 19 physical examination. Physical examination items and standards shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the public security organs to employ the people's police. At the same time, the following conditions should be met: (1) Height: male 170cm and above, female 160cm and above. (2) Weight: Male body mass index (unit: kg/m? ) between 17.3 and 27.3, and between 17. 1 and 25.7 for women. (3) Vision: unilateral naked eye vision is above 4.8. (4) color vision: no color blindness, weak color.
Physical examination personnel shall conduct on-site inspection on key items such as the height, weight, face, appearance, blood pressure, vision, color vision, hearing and smell of the subject in strict accordance with relevant operating specifications. The physical examination shall be eliminated individually, and the whole process of video recording shall be carried out at the physical examination site.
Article 20 Physical fitness assessment. The items and standards of physical fitness assessment for candidates in public security colleges shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the National Student Physical Health Standard (revised 20 14). Physical fitness assessment items and eligibility criteria are as follows:

Eligibility criteria: male ≤9.2 seconds, female ≤ 10.4 seconds; (2) Standing long jump. Measurable times: 3 times
Eligibility criteria: male ≥ 2.05m, female ≥1.5m; (3) 1000 meter run (male) /800 meter run (female)
Measurable times: 1 time, and qualified criteria: male ≤4 minutes and 35 seconds, female ≤4 minutes and 36 seconds; (d) Pull-ups (male)/Sit-ups (female)
Measurable times: 1 time, and the eligibility criteria: male ≥9 times/minute, female ≥25 times/minute.
If three or more of the above four items meet the standards, the conclusion of physical fitness evaluation is qualified. Physical fitness evaluation adopts automatic high-speed physical fitness evaluation video system, and the whole process of video recording is implemented. Admission conditions, such as the new standards issued by the Ministry of Public Security, shall be subject to the latest standards.
Chapter VI Admission Rules

When the scores are the same, students are admitted from high to low according to the priority of Chinese, mathematics and foreign language listening. The enrollment ratio of female students majoring in public security shall not exceed 15%.
Article 24 Access review. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education on the management of student status, after the new students enter the school, the school will conduct an audit in accordance with the national enrollment regulations within 3 months. Chapter VII Charging Standards
Twenty-seventh in accordance with state regulations, students must pay tuition, accommodation and books. Chapter II XI Supplementary Provisions
Article 32 Our college does not entrust any intermediary institution or individual to enroll students, and does not charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state. Our hospital reserves the right to investigate the responsibility of intermediaries or individuals engaged in illegal enrollment publicity activities in our name.
Article 33 If there is any conflict between the previous requirements and regulations of the College on enrollment and the Articles of Association, the Articles of Association shall prevail. If the articles of association conflict with the national enrollment policy, the national enrollment policy shall prevail.
