How many consultants do you need for Grade A qualification of engineering consulting units?

Hello, according to the Administrative Licensing Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the State Council's Decision on Setting Administrative Licensing for Administrative Examination and Approval Items that Need to Be Retained (Order No.412 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China) and the Qualification Measures for Engineering Consulting Units, Grade A engineering consulting units shall meet the following qualification standards:

(1) Basic conditions:

1. Engaged in engineering consulting business for not less than 5 years, applied for professional services with not less than 5 corresponding consulting achievements and no bad records;

2. Have a fixed office space, with a per capita use area of not less than 6 square meters;

3. Preside over or participate in the formulation of relevant industry standards and technical specifications.

(2) Technical strength:

1. There are not less than 60 technicians engaged in engineering consulting business, of which 30% have senior professional titles, registered consulting engineers (investment) are not less than 15% of the total number of technicians, and full-time retired professional technicians are not more than 10% of the total number of technicians. The above-mentioned personnel shall not practice in more than two engineering consulting units at the same time;

2. Each professional field shall be equipped with at least 5 corresponding professional technicians and at least 2 registered consulting engineers (investors);

3. The main technical person in charge shall have the qualification of registered consulting engineer (investment) and have been engaged in engineering consulting and related business for not less than 10 years. This information is provided by Luyou Education.
