Professional grade
The profession is divided into four grades, namely: real estate planner (national vocational qualification level 4), assistant real estate planner (national vocational qualification level 3), real estate planner (national vocational qualification level 2) and senior real estate planner (national vocational qualification level 1).

training cycle
Full-time vocational school education is determined according to its training objectives and teaching plan. Promotion training period: real estate planners should have no less than 180 standard hours; Assistant real estate planner shall have no less than 160 standard class hours; Real estate planner shall have no less than 140 standard class hours; Senior real estate planner shall have no less than 120 standard hours.
Declaration conditions
-Real estate planner (with one of the following conditions)
(1) Continuously engaged in this occupation 1 year or more.
(2) Have a diploma of this major (occupation) or related major in a secondary vocational school.
(3) After formal training of professional real estate planners, they have reached the required standard class hours and obtained a certificate of completion.
-Assistant real estate planner (with one of the following conditions)
(1) Engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years.
(2) having a diploma of this major or related major in a technical school, technician college or vocational and technical college with advanced skills as the training goal.
(3) Having been engaged in the professional work for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional real estate planner.
(4) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of professional real estate planner, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 3 years, has been trained by professional assistant real estate planner to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.
(5) College degree or above in this major or related major.
(6) Have a college degree or above in other majors and be engaged in this occupation 1 year or more.
(7) Having a college degree or above in other majors, having been trained by a professional assistant real estate planner to reach the required standard hours, and having obtained a certificate of completion.
-Real estate planner (with one of the following conditions)
(1) Have been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 3 years1.
(2) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of professional assistant real estate planner, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years.
(3) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional assistant real estate planner, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 4 years continuously, and has been trained by the professional real estate planner to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.
(4) Having worked in this profession for more than 5 years after obtaining the undergraduate diploma of this major or related major.
(five) with a bachelor's degree in this major or related majors, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional assistant real estate planner.
(6) Have a bachelor's degree in this major or related major, have obtained the professional qualification certificate of assistant real estate planner in this major, have been engaged in this major for more than 3 years, have reached the required standard hours after the training of real estate planner in this major, and have obtained the certificate of completion.
(seven) after obtaining a master's degree or above, engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.
-Senior real estate planner (with one of the following conditions)
(1) Having been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 9 years1.
(2) Having been engaged in the professional work for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional real estate planner.
(3) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of professional real estate planner, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 3 years, has been trained by professional senior real estate planner to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.
(4) Having worked in this profession or related professions for more than 13 years after obtaining the undergraduate diploma of this major or related majors.
(5) Having a master's or doctoral degree certificate and working in this occupation or related occupations 10 years or more.
