City Guotufangguan Bureau is the competent department of public rental housing in this Municipality, responsible for studying and formulating the development plan, annual construction tasks and related policies of public rental housing, and guiding and supervising the work of public rental housing in this Municipality.
Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Municipal Construction and Transportation Commission, Municipal Planning Bureau, Municipal Finance Bureau, Municipal State Taxation Bureau, Municipal Local Taxation Bureau, Civil Affairs Bureau, Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Municipal Bureau, Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce, Municipal Supervision Bureau, Wuzhou Banking Regulatory Bureau and Municipal Provident Fund Management Center are responsible for the management and supervision of public rental housing according to their respective functions and duties.
