Fuyong expressway is an important part of the Ningde-Zhaoan line in shenyang-haikou expressway, and the second vertical in the "three verticals and eight horizontals" expressway skeleton network in the economic zone on the west side of the Straits. Subgrade earthwork is 9.34 million cubic meters, and drainage and protection works are 350,000 cubic meters. In this project, controlled blasting construction technology is mainly used for excavation of stone subgrade. The main pavement adopts asphalt concrete scheme. In addition to Minhou Nanyu Interchange, there are five interchanges along the project, namely Qishan, Geling, Yongtai East, Yongtai West and Wu Tong, all of which are connected with the 203 provincial highway. Among them, Nanyu Hub Interchange and Qishan Interchange are located in Minhou.
