No demolition. According to relevant public information, there is no demolition plan for Baiyin Road in Jiading New Town. As of February 10, 2023, the official of Jiading New Town has not released the demolition announcement. Jiading New Town is one of the three new towns identified in the recent Shanghai Urban Master Plan. It will be built into a modern city with modern service industry, world-class sports and leisure industry and high-tech industry as the core, and it will be a regional core city in the northwest wing of Shanghai metropolitan area.
