Talents who buy the first set of commercial houses in Suzhou for self-occupation can apply for the purchase sticker within 2 years after obtaining the certificate of immovable property rights. The criteria are as follows:
Class talents will be given a maximum of 5 million yuan to buy a house according to "one thing, one discussion";
1 category talents will be given a housing subsidy of up to 2.5 million yuan.
The amount of the house purchase sticker shall not exceed the actual amount of the talents. The house purchase sticker shall be distributed in three years, and the purchased commercial house can be listed and traded only after three years. The standard for talents to enjoy purchasing stickers is based on the time of evaluation, not retroactively.

For ~D talents, they will be given rental stickers of 8,000 yuan/month, 5,000 yuan/month, 3,000 yuan/month and 1500 yuan/month respectively.
Class talents, according to doctors, are senior professional titles 800 yuan/month; Master, deputy senior professional title, 600 yuan/month, senior technician who meets the list of high-skilled talents in gusu district; Full-time undergraduate graduates who meet the professional catalogue of shortage in gusu district, technicians who meet the job catalogue of shortage of high-skilled talents in gusu district, technical talents with intermediate titles, graduates from ordinary universities or vocational colleges who start their own businesses and drive three or more people to find jobs, young talents from time-honored enterprises with college education or above, and young talents engaged in the study and life protection of intangible cultural heritage skills 400 yuan/month.
The term of rent subsidy shall not exceed 3 years. During the subsidy period, if the selected talents plan to enjoy the treatment or get the purchase sticker, the rental sticker will be stopped and deducted accordingly. During the policy enjoyment period, if talents flow in enterprises in gusu district, the original unit and the receiving unit need to put on record immediately, and those who meet the audit conditions will be honored again. Get a good rent and stop issuing rental stickers. If you withdraw from the excellent rental house and continue to apply for rental stickers, the time limit for enjoyment will be deducted accordingly.
Give a one-time housing (rental) subsidy to full-time young talents with bachelor degree or above who are in urgent need of industrial development after June 19+ 1. The standard is 50,000 doctors/person, 30,000 masters/person, and 20,000 undergraduates/person in a double-class school (Class A), which is divided into two years, and is not shared with Leju. Individuals need to meet the basic conditions for the happy life of talents, and their enterprises need to meet the catalogue of key industries in gusu district.

If Class A and Class B talents use provident fund housing loans for the first time to purchase the first set of housing, the maximum amount can be relaxed to four times the loan amount. Class C talents who use provident fund housing loans for the first time to purchase the first set of housing can be relaxed to twice the loan amount.
Note: talents who meet the special talent plan and policy shall be implemented according to the corresponding documents. In accordance with the policy of introducing regions or units, those who have enjoyed similar treatment such as settling-in allowance and housing will no longer enjoy the purchase and rental stickers repeatedly.
