Brief introduction of Huang

Huang Yan Hui (1967—), Philippine agriculture minister, Huang Nian Zi Rong, fourth generation Chinese. Huang was born in Jincuo, Anhai, Jinjiang, Fujian. 17-year-old Ryan in his later years, Guangxu moved from Anping Jincuo Tourist Area in Jinjiang, Fujian to Chunxiangdao Garden, Minlira and Fanbang in Li Yuping. After receiving a bachelor's degree in economic management and a doctor's degree in law from Ateneo University in Manila, Huang began to help his father Huang Nianrongxing run a paint company and a real estate development company. On May 4, 2006, Huang was appointed as the Director of the Office of the President of the Philippines. After Philippine President Arroyo was re-elected, Huang, director of the Philippine National Food Administration and vice minister of agriculture, was appointed as the agriculture minister of the new government.
