1. Determine the customs code (HS code) of imported second-hand cranes, because only by obtaining the accurate customs code can the supervision conditions of imported equipment be determined, that is, whether it is necessary to apply for automatic import license;
2. Prepare relevant import materials and start the commodity inspection and filing of imported used equipment (both domestic and foreign parties should prepare relevant materials).
3. Conduct pre-shipment inspection and quarantine (CCIC intermediate inspection)
4. After the intermediate inspection, apply for automatic import license (O certificate).
5. Goods are exchanged at domestic ports.
6. Customs declaration, price evaluation, tax receipt and tax payment.
7. Release and pick up the goods
8. Arrange domestic delivery to the destination designated by the customer.
