12 123 how to delete business prompt information

The platform service prompts to delete the information as follows:

1. Delete via mobile APP 12 123: Open mobile APP 12 123, select and enter the "Message" option at the bottom of the page. On the Message Center page, press and hold the message to be deleted, and select Delete from the operation options that appear.

2. Delete 12 123 through the computer webpage: open the computer webpage, search and enter the "Traffic Safety Integrated Service Management Platform", select the business prompt information to be deleted on the page, and click "Delete".

3. Delete 12 123 through telephone consultation and traffic control: call the traffic control service hotline and delete the service prompt information according to the voice prompt.
