Yinchuan Provident Fund launched a new policy: parents can buy houses with their married children.

On August 16, the official account of "Yinchuan Publishing" WeChat released a message saying that recently, Yinchuan Housing Provident Fund Management Center revised the Measures for the Administration of Individual Housing Loans of Yinchuan Housing Provident Fund and the Measures for the Administration of Withdrawal of Yinchuan Housing Provident Fund, officially including parents and married children in the application conditions of housing provident fund loans. The adjustment of this policy has further expanded the service groups of housing provident fund and solved the financial difficulties for more families to buy houses. It is reported that the policy was implemented in June.

This revision has increased the relevant content of purchasing loans from "legal auction houses". When applying for provident fund loans, employees can bring their ID card, household registration book, proof of marital status, original certificate of immovable property rights in the name of the loan applicant, original court ruling, deed tax payment certificate and auction payment certificate to any business outlet of Yinchuan Housing Provident Fund Management Center.

At the same time, in order to ensure the borrower's normal life, when handling provident fund loans, the ratio of monthly repayment amount to the borrower's monthly income must be between 20% and 50%. Take the first application for a loan of 700,000 yuan as an example. If the loan lasts for 30 years, the monthly repayment will be 3046 yuan.

In addition, the policy adjustment also cancelled the property fees and serious illness fees, ensured that the provident fund was earmarked for employee housing security, and clarified the application for unexpected disasters. Workers who encounter natural disasters, accidents, public health incidents, social security incidents and other emergencies, resulting in serious difficulties in family life, can apply for the withdrawal of housing provident fund, giving the people the attribute of emergency money.
