How to test civil aviation pilots

Generally speaking, the recruitment of civil aviation in the coming year is determined by the recruitment meeting of civil aviation held in June, 5438+this year 10, and then the Ministry of Education determines the number of provinces, cities and schools to recruit, and then the schools enter the designated provinces and cities to recruit. For example, the national flight recruitment in 20 12 began on 20110, and the flight recruitment physical examination was completed before the college entrance examination in 20 12. In recent years, due to some changes in the composition of students, the recruitment procedures are different for different candidates. At present, there are four main ways to become civil aviation pilots in China. "Cultivate students". The so-called "training students" are the flight students recruited from high school students this year, who are trained by combining academic education with flight skills training. During their four years in school, such students must complete the credits required to obtain a bachelor's degree in engineering within two years, and they also need to obtain eight pilot qualification certificates. The recruitment of "students" generally starts from 10 every year and ends at the end of April of the following year. Because the Ministry of Education has set up different provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions for flying schools, the registration time varies from place to place, but the work process is basically the same: in-depth high school publicity-student registration-organization of physical examination (height requirement:1.7m ~1.84m)-background investigation of those who pass the physical examination-issuance of a notice of passing the physical examination and background investigation- "Big change". The process of "driving and changing" students is basically the same as that of recruiting "cultivating students" except for taking less college entrance examinations. This is an innovation in civil aviation recruitment in recent years. However, colleges and universities have also added corresponding additional conditions for such candidates, such as requiring English to pass CET-4 and CET-6, not taking make-up exams for the courses already taken, and not being subject to disciplinary or administrative punishment during their school days. After entering the school, the "big change driving" students generally only need to study for one year before they can put into flight training. "Drive reform" is a new measure to recruit pilots for sophomores and juniors of science and engineering. At present, "changing to professional driving" has become an existing form of civil aviation flight students in China, and universities offering flight technology majors have gradually expanded the scope of "changing to professional driving" to sophomores, juniors and even university graduates and graduate students of liberal arts universities. According to statistics, in 20 1 1 year, the "big change" flight cadets recruited by China Civil Aviation accounted for about 30% of the flight recruitment plan in that year. "Military to civilian". "Military to civilian" refers to a mature pilot who transferred from the army to civil aviation. If such pilots want to enter civil aviation, they need not only the flight experience issued by the army and the relevant certificates agreed by the employer, but also the aircraft experience of the parties concerned, and complete differentiated training according to relevant laws and regulations before they can engage in civil aviation flight work. According to the relevant standards determined by the Civil Aviation Administration, only the Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China can undertake the differentiated training of "military-to-civilian" pilots. "Self-funded students." "Self-funded students" are students who pay for their own flying skills. For students who fly at their own expense, there are two distinct purposes for learning flight driving skills. One is to satisfy their personal interest in flying, which is often called "private flying". The other is to learn to fly at your own expense and enter the airline to engage in professional flight. The former needs to be completely self-funded, and the cost is generally around 654.38+10,000 yuan. The latter needs to pay 700 thousand yuan for flight training, but it is not entirely paid by individuals at one time. Instead, it can be guaranteed by airlines and individuals can borrow money from banks. After work, according to the contract signed between the individual and the company, the expenses that the individual should bear will be deducted from the salary year by year. As mentioned earlier, the conditions for "self-funded students" to enter the ranks of civil aviation pilots are relatively relaxed and are not limited by the time of recruitment. At present, more and more students obtain commercial flight licenses at their own expense, and then transfer to airlines to start their professional flying career. However, it should be specially reminded that students at their own expense should sign corresponding labor contracts with airlines in advance, and their English language ability should be excellent. At present, the main body of civil aviation pilot training in China is still three different levels of majors: transport pilot (undergraduate), general aircraft pilot (specialist) and helicopter pilot (specialist). According to the college enrollment catalogue published by the Ministry of Education, as of 20 1 1, there are eight ordinary undergraduate colleges in China that are qualified to offer the specialty of civil aviation flight technology, namely Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China, civil aviation university of china, Beihang University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Binzhou University, Shenyang University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Shanghai University of Engineering Science and Harbin Institute of Technology. In addition, there are seven non-academic flight training institutions, including Blue Aviation School, Anyang Aviation School and Jiutian Aviation School. Among the eight undergraduate colleges approved by the Ministry of Education, except the Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China, all the other schools participated in the training of civil aviation pilots, which was produced with the popularization reform of higher education in China, and the running time was short. At the same time, influenced by the current situation of general aviation in China, the conditions for running these schools are not the same. But in China, it is basically two years of theoretical education, and then students are sent abroad for flight driving training. In order to become a civil aviation pilot, an excellent civil aviation pilot needs to pass nearly 130 required items such as internal medicine, surgery, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, stomatology, dermatology and neuropsychiatry. In addition, anyone who has done craniotomy or thoracotomy; Limbs are incomplete or the body is obviously deformed; Chronic gastrointestinal diseases or infectious hepatitis after 7 years old; Familial psychosis, epilepsy or sleepwalking, frequent headache and stuttering; People suffering from meningitis, tuberculosis, carsickness, seasickness, obvious strabismus and other symptoms and medical history can never enter the ranks of civil aviation pilots. After the candidates can successfully pass the physical education, politics and culture exams, the psychological quality test is a crucial link. The main purpose of this test is to comprehensively examine the psychological quality and coordination ability of candidates through three parts: paper-and-pencil test, man-machine dialogue and psychological heart-to-heart, and to judge whether candidates are suitable for flying career. In addition, during the physical examination, candidates should pay special attention to the prevention of common diseases, such as respiratory tract infection and gastrointestinal tract infection. In 20 12, CAAC Flight Academy is expected to recruit 1700 ~2000 flight students in Beijing, Sichuan and other provinces and cities. Air China, China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines and Hainan Airlines are expected to send and train more than 1400 students. At present, the Flight Academy has set up a pilot recruitment working group 16, and will go to 18 provinces and cities for pilot recruitment interviews in the near future. 165438+1physical examination started on October 20th. The total enrollment of Flight Academy is estimated to be1.700 ~ 2,000, of which1.300 ~1.500,350 ~ 500. Among them, Air China plans to send 320 students, 300 from China Southern Airlines, 230-250 from China Eastern Airlines and 550-600 from Hainan Airlines. Sichuan Airlines, Xiamen Airlines and other powerful local airlines will also send a considerable number of "trainees". Among the 45 airlines interested in training, there are transport airlines, business jet companies, helicopter companies and general airlines.
