(six) after the approval of the special fund support program, it will be publicized to the public for five working days.
(seven) if there is no effective complaint at the expiration of the publicity period, the district administrative department of science and technology shall jointly issue a fund plan with the district finance bureau.
(eight) for the project that needs to define the mission objectives and the plan for the use of funds, the district administrative department of science and technology shall sign a contract with the project undertaker or the funded enterprise.
(9) The District Finance Bureau shall go through the formalities of fund disbursement.
