The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology entrusts relevant institutions to evaluate the CDN industry. After determining the evaluation criteria, perfecting the management details, and reviewing and evaluating the specific manufacturers, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology finally issued the first batch of CDN business licenses to NetScience and Alibaba Cloud on 20 16 12 12, marking a breakthrough in this work.
