The time from signing the purchase contract to receiving the purchase subsidy is 2 to 3 months. There are five procedures for the application, approval and issuance of housing subsidies. The whole process takes about 2 months. The developer applies to the window of the government affairs center of the Municipal Housing Authority, and submits it to the window of the Municipal Finance Bureau on a weekly basis after the window is audited. The Municipal Finance Bureau shall review and report to the municipal government for approval according to procedures. Housing subsidies are audited by the Municipal Finance Bureau, and are allocated to the Finance Department of the Municipal Housing Authority on a monthly basis, and are allocated to the individual account of the purchaser by the finance.
