Grid member, namely community grid member, refers to the staff who undertake specific tasks in the community grid management organization of a community.
The personnel qualified as community grid workers include: leading cadres of community streets and other departments, actual community leaders, ordinary community workers, community school teachers, community school doctors and community police.
Responsibilities of community power grid staff:
1. Social security: discover, collect and report weak links in public security prevention and control, highlight public security issues, clues of criminal (public security) cases, guns, violence, pornography, drugs and other clues that endanger national security.
2. Environmental protection: find and collect reports on environmental pollution problems such as water pollution, illegal sewage discharge, air pollution, noise disturbing people, illegal exploitation of river sand and gravel, damage or destruction of facilities in drinking water source protection areas.
Three. Labor and social security: assist in finding, collecting and reporting clues about labor disputes and illegal use of child labor.
Four. Urban and rural management: assist in finding and collecting reports, and expose urban and rural management problems such as garbage, street stalls occupying roads, mobile vendors, damaged roads, damaged municipal facilities, leakage of muck, construction disturbing people, writing and posting illegal small advertisements, littering vehicles and illegal buildings.
