Piaget's Theory of Wisdom Development: Four Stages of Wisdom Growth

Piaget's wisdom development theory divides our growth process into four stages, each of which has its own unique characteristics. Whether you are a parent or an educator, understanding these stages can better guide children's growth and development.

Perceptual operation stage

From birth to 1.5 years old and 2 years old, we mainly adapt to the environment by action, from the formation of habits to the germination of intellectual activities. From about 9 months to 1 year, they began to show their initial cognition of sports wisdom.

Sensory motor stage

From 2-6 to 7 years old, we began to look at the world with self-centeredness. Although we have begun to understand some concepts, it is still difficult to see the problem from the perspective of others.

Specific operation stage

From the age of 6,7-11,12, I can carry out psychological operation, reverse thinking and logical reasoning. Nevertheless, we still need the support of concrete things to think.
