Engineering process characteristics
cross-sea bridge
As the Shenzhen section of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway along the Yangtze River plans to add a second flight runway and reserve a third runway at the same time, considering land use and regional development comprehensively, the Shenzhen section of the Expressway along the Yangtze River will be relocated on the basis of the original project feasibility study report, which has reserved considerable space for the future development of the western part of Shenzhen. Therefore, 99.6% of the project is bridges, most of which are located in the sea, 0/20m away from the planned seaside avenue/kloc-and 24.2km long. Bridges and tunnels from Guangzhou to Dongguan account for 97%, and there are 64 large bridges, medium bridges and small bridges, only 2% of which are flat roads.
Technology use
Shenzhen Expressway Company actively adopted new technologies and new processes in the construction of Shenzhen section, and conducted in-depth and systematic research on 22 key technologies of offshore construction such as bridge anticorrosion, collision avoidance and earthquake resistance, and achieved a series of scientific research results. For example, in the construction of bridge substructure, the technology of self-floating steel bottom box cofferdam is adopted for the first time in China, which shortens the average period of each cofferdam from 22 days of ordinary single-wall box cofferdam to 12 days, greatly shortens the construction period, is economical and reasonable, and effectively saves the project cost.
The superstructure of the airport super-large bridge is a 60-meter-span precast single-box and double-chamber box girder, with a beam height of 3.5 meters, a top width of 19.65 meters, a floor width of 10.35 meters and an average beam weight of 2,400 tons, ranking first among similar bridges in the world. Because the beam body is particularly wide, it adopts single-box and double-chamber segments, which has high technical requirements for prefabrication and erection, and the difficulty of prefabrication and erection is even greater than that of cross-sea bridges such as Hangzhou Bay. The construction unit adopted new equipment, such as a 2500-ton hydraulic suspension wheel-rail girder transport trolley with automatic walking, a single self-propelled center lifting and transporting an integral ship with 2500 tons lifting capacity, which made the overall prefabrication scheme of large-volume box girder feasible and completed the prefabrication and erection of 232 60-meter ultra-wide box girders of the whole bridge.
In addition, Dongbaohe Bridge, which straddles the border between Dongguan and Shenzhen, is also a representative bridge for engineering technology innovation in Shenzhen section of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway along the Yangtze River. Located on a circular curve with a radius of 2000 meters, the bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with two towers and four cable planes, with a main span of 2 16 meters, ranking first among the cable-stayed bridges with small radius and flat curve in China. CCCC Second Highway Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., which is in charge of the construction, has successively overcome the key construction technical problems such as cantilever pouring construction of curved beams, spatial positioning installation of branch pipeline saddles, and single tension of asymmetric cable forces inside and outside the curve, thus effectively ensuring the engineering quality.
the number one in China
China's first 8-lane maritime expressway.
China first wide bridge
China's first "Liang Wang"
China's first anti-collision safety level
The largest one-way four-lane long-span expressway tunnel in China (Humen Niutoushan Tunnel)
Major project
Humen Niutoushan Tunnel
Niutoushan Tunnel is divided into two one-way tunnels, the right tunnel is 373 meters long and the left tunnel is 269 meters long. With a cross-sectional area of 243.5 square meters, the tunnel is the largest one-way four-lane tunnel in China.
Dongjiang south bridge
Dongjiang Jiangnan Bridge, with a total length of 940 meters and a width of 40 meters, is the largest bridge along the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway and the most critical control project along the Yangtze River of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway. The construction waters of Dongjiang Jiangnan Bridge are located in the busy Dongguan Waterway, crossing the ferry route from Sisheng to Nizhou under the jurisdiction of Shatian, with a high density of ships, especially dangerous goods ships and gravel carriers. The bridge is designed according to the first-class waterway standard, which can pass 5000 tons of ships and resist the impact of 5000 tons of ships.
Dongbaohe bridge
Dongbaohe Bridge is located on a circular curve with a radius of 2000 meters. It is a cable-stayed bridge with two towers and four cable planes, with a main span of 216m.
