In 2008, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology re-formulated and issued the system integration fee, and issued the "Measures for Budget Estimation of Communication Construction Projects" and related quotas. Information system integration fee refers to all kinds of expenses incurred by the contractor in deploying and debugging purchased equipment and systems at the user's site and integrating separated equipment, functions and data into interrelated, unified, coordinated and actually available systems. That is the total cost of engineering design, installation, debugging and after-sales service.
Regarding the calculation of information system integration fee, the following methods should be considered in combination with the characteristics of the project:
Information system integration rate table
Total equipment purchase amount
Charge rate (percentage of total equipment purchase)
Software and hardware integration (for purchased equipment and software products)
10— 15
Software integration (such as software interface integration of software development projects)
12—20
