After the imported talents sign a statement of good faith and make a written commitment to the authenticity, validity and legality of the materials provided, the employer shall apply to the district (including economic and technological development zone) or bureau-level unit with jurisdiction and report it to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for review. The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will review the relevant materials of the talents to be introduced, and go through the formalities of introducing and settling down after the approval.
Materials required by the applicant:
1. The original Application Form for Beijing Transfer issued by the employer (contents: basic information of the enterprise, basic information of the applicant, entry time, post, detailed work performance, contribution to the company, reasons for introducing talents) and stamped by the applicant, in duplicate;
2. Original and photocopy of relevant books (approved by Beijing Economic and Trade Commission, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission or Beijing Municipal Economic Commission within the validity period) of foreign-funded enterprises or high-tech enterprises, private technology enterprises, Beijing regional headquarters of multinational companies and R&D institutions in Beijing 1 copy;
3. Original and photocopy of the business license of the enterprise 1 copy (annual inspection stamp);

6. The original letter of consent issued by the original filing unit (which can be retrieved with the file);
7. The original and photocopy of the labor (employment) contract signed by the applicant and the employer;

It is required to issue the applicant's tax payment certificate from the time the applicant enters the applicant's unit (the tax payment certificate can be issued as a tax withholding certificate or a personal income tax payment certificate, and the personal income tax payment certificate must be handwritten in the blank of the certificate: the above tax payment situation is true, the name of the work unit, the signature of the company's human resources manager and the company's official seal);
9. The applicant's social insurance deposit certificate (required to be issued by the applicant, and the social security version is the "Four Insurance Payment Sheet for Insured Employees");
