My name is Wang Long, and I am currently the monitor of Class 3 in the gasoline hydrogenation workshop. It is an honor to stand here and speak on behalf of the advanced team. Here, on behalf of all the advanced team members, I would like to thank all the leaders and colleagues! The year of 20 1x has quietly ended. For the whole company and our Tian Hong people, this is an unforgettable year and a memorable year. This year, for our company, is the most difficult year since its establishment, but we have not flinched. With the running and unremitting persistence of the chairman, the company leaders led colleagues from all workshops and departments to spend the most difficult period together. This year is also the most rewarding year for our team. On the platform of new device construction, the workshop director led the whole team to work together with Qi Xin to forge ahead. All our colleagues start from bit by bit and grow with the equipment. I believe that this will become a valuable life wealth for us post-8090 Tian Hong people.

In 20 1x, our gasoline hydrogenation unit began to be fully built. At the end of March, we went to Changyi Petrochemical for a two-month training. During this time, we have high standards and strict requirements for our life and study, because we are out, representing our Tian Hongren. Because we came out and shouldered the sacred mission of driving the unit smoothly, our study plans were all full. To tell the truth, we are really nervous. What we didn't expect was that after the May Day holiday, several senior leaders of the company drove hundreds of miles to visit us in Changyi, bringing us holiday gifts and blessings from the company, which made us more motivated, studied the strengths of others harder, and brought the excellent operation experience of Changyi Petrochemical to Tian Hong! .

In the early stage of gasoline hydrogenation construction, most of our energy was spent on learning and training. The workshop was full of old and new employees, and the team helped and encouraged each other in learning, which laid a solid theoretical foundation for our future work.

During the full-scale start-up of gasoline hydrogenation, workshop leaders led our team and participated in a series of work, such as on-site equipment hydrostatic test, tray channel plate installation, process pipeline purging, single machine commissioning and so on. In these works, 10 members of our team all showed great enthusiasm and work enthusiasm. It is said that the post-90 s have temperament and are afraid of suffering and fatigue. Facing the heavy start-up task, we worked overtime. We don't complain about suffering and fatigue. We complete the set tasks with good quality and quantity every day. What impressed me the most was that one day we installed the pallet maintenance board. Because of the tight time, the installation requirements of the maintenance board were very demanding, requiring us to complete it on time and with good quality. It was very cold and windy that day, and the workshop director also put on maintenance clothes and worked overtime with our team in the dark and dirty tower. No one flinched, no one complained, even his hands and feet were cold, and he finished the work as scheduled.

Through the experience of combining theory with practice in the past year, our own business level has been comprehensively improved, our team has become more and more United and cohesive, and at the same time, we have cultivated the excellent quality and work style of all team members who are hard-working and unpretentious!
