No melting, temperature problem, high viscosity of plastic, locking screw. The screw won't turn. The temperature is not enough, or the plastic material stays in the barrel for too long, so the function of the plastic changes and the viscosity increases.
Improve the material temperature, reduce the residual material of screw, and add glue delay.
