How low is the 35% land transfer fee in Beijing?

Land concessions cannot be reduced. Those who sell or lease land at a low price, reduce or waive land prices without authorization, and misappropriate land income, resulting in the loss of state-owned land assets, shall be investigated for responsibility according to law.

The calculation formula of Beijing land transfer fee is: housing area times 1560 yuan times 10%. Generally speaking, both the central government and the housing reform must pay the land transfer fee.

Landtransactionfees, as an important part of government funds, refer to the total land transfer price (referring to the total land transfer transaction amount) collected from the transferee by the land management departments of governments at all levels, or the renewal land transfer price paid by the land users to the land management departments at the expiration of the land use period, or the land users who originally obtained the land use right through administrative allocation transfer, transfer, lease, mortgage, shareholding and paid investment in the land use right.
