In principle, they will not leave the provincial city where the test center is located, reduce unnecessary cross-regional flow, and try to avoid gathering and going to middle and high schools.
Two, candidates and examination staff should pay attention to personal hygiene protection in accordance with the requirements of normalized epidemic prevention and control, and avoid all activities that violate health and epidemic prevention. If you have symptoms such as fever, fatigue, cough, dyspnea and diarrhea before the exam, you should go to the local medical institution for medical treatment immediately. Decided to continue to take the exam, must report to the examination area teacher qualification interview management institutions, by the local health and disease control departments to assess whether they have the normal conditions to take the exam.
Three, such as candidates or examination staff for COVID-19 confirmed cases, asymptomatic infection, or in the observation period of suspected patients, close contacts of confirmed cases, or the cure time is less than 14 days of cases, can not rule out the possibility of infection with fever patients, shall not participate in this examination.
4. On the day of the exam, candidates and exam staff should plan the travel time and route in advance and protect themselves on the way to the test center. Try to take a private car, walk or ride a bike to the test center. If you take a taxi or online car to the test center, sit in the back row and always wear a mask. If you take public transport to the test center, you should wear masks and disposable gloves all the way, try to avoid touching other items with your hands on the way, keep a safe distance from the surrounding passengers as much as possible, and do a good job of hand hygiene in time after getting off the bus.
5. When candidates and examination staff enter the examination center, they must wear masks, have their body temperature tested, show the green codes of health code and travel code, submit the negative report of nucleic acid test (paper or electronic version) within 48 hours (from the sampling time to the time when they enter the waiting room on the day of the examination), and submit the Registration Form for Self-monitoring of Candidates' Body Temperature. Only those whose body temperature is lower than 37.3℃ can enter.
If you can't submit the negative report of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, you will be deemed to have given up the exam on your own. Candidates who return from other places to take the exam, especially those who have a history of living in the city where high-risk areas are located in China (travel itinerary code is marked with an asterisk), must contact the epidemic prevention and control department of the provincial capital city where the test center is located 14 days before the exam, consult the local epidemic prevention and control measures for returnees outside the province and outside the city, and manage according to local epidemic prevention requirements and regulations, so as not to delay the exam.
Candidates or staff members may recheck their body temperature when it reaches or exceeds 37.3℃ on the day of examination. If the re-inspection is still abnormal, the deputy examiner of the test center and the local epidemic prevention and control department will make a comprehensive judgment, and the epidemic prevention and control department will make arrangements according to the judgment results. Try to keep a distance of more than 1 m from others during the waiting period, avoid close contact and communication, and don't walk around the test center at will.
Six, candidates enter the test center, listen to the command of the test center staff, must wear masks throughout. Don't talk loudly and walk around in the waiting room, examination room and lesson preparation room. Interviewers and examination staff must always wear masks.
Seven, candidates in the examination period, fever, cough and other symptoms, should immediately report to the test center staff, by the test center responsible for epidemic prevention work.
Eight, after the exam, candidates carry their own belongings, in accordance with the provisions of the exit channel, under the command of the staff to leave in an orderly manner, not noisy, gathering.
9. Candidates who are unable to participate in this interview due to the epidemic situation can apply for refund and extension of the written test results (the validity period is extended for half a year) according to the announcement issued by official website, Henan Education Examinations Institute.
10. Candidates who deliberately conceal their illness or report their fever history, travel history and contact history inaccurately, as well as candidates who do not obey the epidemic prevention work arrangement of the test center during the examination, will be dealt with according to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, Opinions on Punishing Illegal Crimes that Hinder the Prevention and Control of Epidemic Situation in novel coronavirus and other laws and regulations.
