2. Technical conditions
(1) The professional equipment is complete and reasonable, and the major and quantity of major professional and technical personnel meet the provisions of the "List of Major Professional and Technical Personnel" in the application for special qualification standards.
(2) The main technical person in charge of the enterprise should have a bachelor degree or above, have more than 5 years of experience in environmental engineering design, have presided over at least 2 large-scale environmental engineering design projects, and have registered professional qualifications (limited to Grade I) or senior professional and technical titles.
(3) Among the personnel specified in the staffing table of major professional and technical personnel, those who have not signed up should be professional and technical leaders who have presided over at least the special large-scale environmental engineering design projects declared in item 1, or at least two medium-sized environmental engineering design projects, and have professional and technical titles above the intermediate level.
3, technical equipment and management level
