Can I apply for compensation for air change?

Airlines cannot be exempted from compensation for changing flight time, and passengers can claim compensation.

The passenger ticket is the preliminary evidence of the conclusion of the air passenger transport contract and the conditions of the transport contract.

The existence or validity of the contract of carriage shall not be affected by the passengers' failure to show their tickets, their non-compliance with the regulations or their loss.

In domestic air transport, if the carrier agrees that the passenger will take a civil aircraft without issuing a ticket, the carrier has no right to invoke the provisions of Article 128 of this Law concerning the limitation of liability.

In international air transport, in accordance with the provisions of Item (3) of Article 110 of this Law, the carrier agrees that passengers can take a civil aircraft without issuing a ticket, or if the ticket is not specified, the carrier has no right to invoke the provisions of Article 129 of this Law concerning the limitation of liability.
