2. Click the "Login" button in the upper right corner to enter the login interface (if you don't have an account, please press "Register" and log in after successful registration).
3. After logging in successfully, select Personal Service-Classification by Business-Flight Attendant Management to enter the flight attendant business module.
4. Press "Online Processing" to enter the crew application system.
5. Click the box corresponding to the certificate you want to process. If you apply for a certificate of competency for seagoing vessels, click the fourth orange box "I want to apply for a certificate of competency for seagoing vessels" to enter the certificate declaration interface.
6. Click ╋ Add Application to enter the application information filling interface.
7. Fill in the certificate application information. Items marked with "*" must be filled in.
8. Choose the method of obtaining evidence ("self-collection" means that the applicant brings his/her ID card to the administrative window of the maritime agency).
9. After completing the report, pull it to the bottom, click "Save" first, and then click "Declare" after saving successfully.
10. After confirming that the information is correct, tick "√" in front of the scarlet letter, and click "paperless declaration" or "paper declaration" (please note: if you don't need to submit paper materials in the window, please select "paperless declaration"; if you need to submit paper materials, please select "paper declaration" and submit paper materials in the corresponding government affairs window of the applicant institution).
